Jude McWilliams graduated in 2004 from the University of Manchester with a BA (Hons) Degree in law. She has also completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP School of Law, Manchester in 2006. 

Jude is a qualified English solicitor, with particular expertise in LMAA, SIAC and ICC arbitration / litigation having been involved in several major shipping and international trade disputes in various jurisdictions. She has specialised in commercial dispute resolution with a focus on charter parties and bills of lading, contracts of affreightment as well as commercial ship management contracts. Before joining Nordisk she was employed as an associate solicitor at the law firm Holman Fenwick Willan in Singapore.
