That is true in the sense that all Nordisk lawyers are expected to cover what is our "core business", i e shipping related contractual law. However, as Nordisk has grown over the years, three different fields of special emphasis and groups of lawyers have developed, i.e. the litigation, offshore and transactions groups with focus as the names indicate. It must be added that the borderlines between these groups are not distinct and the groups are also overlapping in the sense that all lawyers in Nordisk work within all fields or groups, although, as will be shown below, some work within a particular field or group more than others.
